Shipping

Pet portraits are shipped from Melbourne, Australia to anywhere in the world via Australia Post or courier. Within Australia, delivery costs are included in the total painting amount, additional charges apply for shipping to countries other than Australia.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that there may be longer delivery times during peak holiday seasons.

If you do need your portrait by a certain date, let me know when you book or consider a gift voucher.

International Shipping

Shipping for International delivery will be calculated at the checkout.

Additional charges are applied to cover the extra costs of international delivery; $50 for small size artworks and $150 for large sized artworks.

International orders may also be liable to a customs charge on delivery, percentage rates vary from country to country so please check with your government’s policy. Please be aware that I have no control over this and can’t accept any responsibility for additional customs charges.

Packaging Your Artwork

All portraits are very carefully packaged, I do everything in my power to ensure your artwork arrives to you safely. I use heavy grade cardboard and padding around your canvas, I don’t take any chances with your bespoke pet portrait.

For the artworks on paper it comes in a rigid mailer with backing-board to keep it flat.

I also include postal insurance, signature on delivery (where possible) and tracking on each parcel.
